All parcels will be sent out via Royal Mail 1st class tracked delivery once they have been made

I will dispatch your order in 1 week.

If you are collecting from the shop, it will be ready 48 hours after you place the order and the shop is open 10am-3pm mon-sat

Refunds/Exchanges are excepted only if I have made a mistake with the personalisation details or if the item is faulty.
